Upswing Reviews will host and maintain the platforms, the data and applications and provide the QR code sheet as agreed. Upswing Reviews owns all the data gathered as part of providing these services. Client agrees to not replicate or copy the Upswing Reviews product and services, nor assist others in doing so.
This engagement will start upon acceptance of the terms of engagement by Client upon making the payment below and continues for 12 months therefrom. At the end of this minimum period, this contract will automatically renew for the next 12 months and keep renewing for subsequent 12-month periods unless cancelled in writing prior to the end of each 12 months period.
